National Commission for Women, New Delhi

I got a love letter today from this sweet women rights commission. A letter of acknowledgement from First Appellate Authority under RTI Act, 2005! This National Women Rights Commission of India did not feel like even to reply to my RTI!

When I got a pathetic response from Haryana police then sent my complaint to this commission:

I do not know why these people even accept any application and give acknowledgment IF DO NOT HAVE ANY POWER RATHER WILL TO WORK FOR THE CAUSE THEY ARE PART OF! 

What is the role of a counsellor? Do they look into the seriousness of the matter? Counselors are junior people. Orders come from higher authorities. These people and bodies are mere puppets of governments and typical politicians!

The name of this commission should be Wonder Commission!

Curiosity and Experimentation

I was that gal who was confined to her own small world of family, relatives and friends. Beyond this, my world was music, lil-bit readings, traveling and anonymous blog writings. Social sites were too restricted zone. I had deleted my FB profile when found day by day stalking and indirect writings (subtle hints) about my posts. But when I decided to come back and made another FB profile then that was not just for interaction with friends but with the attitude to fight back. Before the deletion of my earlier FB profile, I became certain that this person had access to that. The first direct proof was I wrote in only for me zone, "Dare You Write Directly". And there was a post on his FB profile about a call to one of my overseas friend.

When I made my new profile I knew he had access to my old profile even when I had changed my password. He was even listening to all my calls and was writing even about that. It was a disgusting feeling that how anyone could be so mean and stupid and vella. I wondered how a person at the level of IG could be so free?  Now the first thing was to know if he would have access to the new profile also? And I was sure just after few posts that he had access to this profile also! He was not in friend list in new profile but still had access to that. This person used to write "thok ke bhav" public posts. Another thing I came to know through "........" about his only for friend's post (comparatively small in number), is that some posts he wrote only for friends but even there  were a few related to me. Though I was not in his friend list now! Dimaag khiska, chal friend request bhejh but then thought abe jaane de, you yourself had deleted him. But the khurapaati dimag said send na and see what happens. After all this new FB profile was to know the truth. I did and what happened? He wrote kinda an innocent kid though words told clear cut "stalking you!"

Clear cut gadbad ghotala! Too unequal fight and too unequal rights! On that abuse of those rights! Then I wrote a few times some posts in "only me" zone. And got indirect replies in posts on his FB wall. So called "Fascinating-bridge" in his own words/post! How that bridge was working? I wrote in only for me whatever I felt like and reply was in his public posts. It was kinda writer is replying to someone and public is getting some thing else! Some posts were a bit difficult to understand so again I wrote something indirectly in some only for me post... 

And an interpreter was there, who explained the meaning of difficult posts/words! It was a bit surprising to me. 
E-Khaps: With time, I found many persons, not just police people but civilians helping him in lynching, rebuking, insulting people on too private matters. Welcome to E-Khaps! It was kinda India was not a democracy but dictatocracy. Vultures of Culture were talking about "orbits" by forgetting their own "orbits"!  

I sensed this indirect but still direct  drama with "Adami", Dlilip Kumar, Manoj Kumar... "Sab sun raha hoon main" post on some colleague's wall (DPR, MDU). He wrote the same way from Toad to Amaltas! 

I never met the person, never talked to him on phone, "as per my knowledge". Though I got faltu calls on times and cannot say from where and whose calls were those! He wrote even about a few such calls, I got. Some such calls were "unknown nos" while some kinda toon, toon, toon, kinda busy tone, no light on phone screen and no number was there! Later on I read about such phone calls and their reality in some security blogs.

It was the time when I started reading about surveillance a bit on a serious note. Many things happened during that period at personal, home and professional front and there was a continuous live commentary on these few profiles. I was living kinda 24hr-public life now. It was kinda nothing personal left in life! The consequences of this so-called "know the truth" and "fight back" were a bit not so normal. Especially for the person who was too reserved and believed in living in her own small world of family, friends and relatives. The internet to calls to location to live commentary "watching you"!! The most disgusting part was this later part and most difficult to deal! With time things were kinda we are living in a naked world. This was not just about me! It was targeted, it was random. MDU was a hot spot or probably it was the limit of my knowledge zone.

What? Why? And how? Provoked curiosity and  kinda became experimentation when I started analyzing things in hindsight (especially since 2012)!! Blog writing helped a lot in all that along with reading some security blogs I was following since last few years. Music kinda soul helped at every front. After so much public dhamaal of surveillance, direct-indirect talk and trails here and there, could not believe someone could reply like this person did against my complaint to DGP. Even though he knew well that not just ignorant public but some experts from here and there have been watching this zone.

Shown the true colour! How desperate you were to be part of this University's so-called politics! Interest in each and every affair of this University, from VC to the registrar to Director to elections to blah blah blah. If not then what attracted you so much in this University Mr. IG? What about that RAVANA's HEADS PIC OF UNIVERSITY's officials before Dussehra including then VC, Registrar, Academic affairs and some Senior Profs.? Why that public post has been removed just after some time/days? What prompted you to do that? And then transfers! lolz

A VC who had corruption charges against him and the news was in media at that time. Wonder! Which courtesy call had invited a CID IG to that University as chief of some programme? 

Such a scholar! Meritious person! I did not know people do write such things against complaint's reply! APNE MUH MIYAAN MITTU! 

But do not you feel any shame when you lie so stupidly after doing public drama along with your gang? Perhaps No! If had been "AB TAK CHULU BHAR PAANI MAIN DOOBKE MAR CHUKE HOTE Mr. Liar!" 

Have Some! At least lil-bit! 

GO AHEAD! AND FILE A CASE AGAINST ME RATHER THAN SHOWING YOUR SHALLOWNESS! YOU PSHYCOPATH! OH RATHER SHARAPHAT!

And what about Haryana police???
They allowed such people to behave this way with a women even after complaint. On that till now showing NO PROGRESS in the case! 

How to drag any case and "try to kill that" AND FURTHER HARRASS THE COMPLAINANT.. learn from Indian Police Officers (IPS) and Haryana Police.. Almost after 8-months of so-called investigation then ASP Rohtak said: "I am not competent enough to investigate against a senior police officer!!" SHAME on DGP office and Haryana Police and SO-CALLED IPS OFFICER!!

If there had been nothing then why an ASP needed 8-months to say that? File must have been closed the very first day! Since March 2015, that file is getting dust at some other senior officer's table. Interestingly even he seems not able enough to give a report. I had called once and even sent an email regarding the same BUT INDIA HAI JI YE!

Dear Sir,

I am Vijay Dangi, Assistant Professor, MDU, Rohtak. This complaint is against Mr. Rajbir Deswal, IG, Karnal.

It was in the early months of 2012, when i started feeling uncomfortable about some posts on some FB wall. That FB wall was of then IG, CID, Mr. Rajbir Deswal. I added him in my friend list due to some good impression (Honest and blah blah) given about him by a colleague DPR, MDU, Rohtak. But in very short time that impression turned into depression. Day by day, Mr. Rajbir Deswal wrote FB posts about my day by day happenings or mishappenings. I was surprised that how that could happen. With time, i realized that some of his friends on FB, were also writing about me and that colleague. I confronted but in vain. I asked this colleague to confront but his reply was "ak to policia uspe jat kaun panga le"! After discussion with my well wishers, i stopped talking to this colleague and avoided him as far as i could. But those personal attacks kept on increasing on these people's FB walls. These people have been listening all my calls, checking mails, blogs, social site/s and then kind of dissecting them since early 2012. They are applying their own judgements and prejudices and writing in such a way (indirect), that people could understand well whom they are targeting. If that was not enough, these people not just wrote about my phone calls but family, friends, relatives, colleagues, my lifestyle, strengths and weaknesses. Mr. Rajbir Deswal has also been watching me, almost 24hrs. How, i do not know! They wrote like goons and did hahahha on my personal life, professional life, bank accounts, salary, shopping, dog, trips, students, classes, official meetings, eating habits, food, cooking, my backyard plants, many happenings/mishappenings in my home, fractions with boss/Director/VC. They did not spare me in my home, office, on road, market or any person in my life or surrounding. They wrote about each and every aspect, they could including my cloths, all type of online purchases including undergarments. Worst, when i stopped talking to this colleague, they tried to show to the public that i was someone third person in some old friend's married life! The truth, i met last, that guy in 2005 and talked to him on phone in 2010, before his marriage. When these people were writing all this bakwas in the form of public posts, i asked that guy, Fighter Pilot in IAF, on FB what was the problem in his life. And the answer was nothing at all!

Amidst all this drama, many posts of Mr. Rajbir Deswal were so offending and kind of talking about his own interest! These people wrote about my headaches, fever, cough, periods, body parts and much much more! Sir, I am no criminal, do not any case against me. I have even written publicly long back and told Mr. Rajbir Deswal to act legally if there was any offence on my part rather than conducting a Kagaroo Court in such a demeaning way. I wonder if people at such a responsible post could behave like this with a women then what we can expect from others? My humble request, please take appropriate action so that such people cannot behave same way with others.

I found this blog balanced, giving a view on pros and cons of security and surveillance. No doubt, we need security and cannot avoid new edge technologies in today's cyberwar race but at the same time we need our basic human rights and dignity. Misuse of these technologies for so called officials petty egos and worthless righteousness is unacceptable. Only cowards can bow in front of such people, not the ones who can call a spade a spade and believe in fighting for their rights!!

What compelled them? This blog?

As per her words, I am destroying her husband's reputation! I felt like to search this word again to confirm myself if really I was or am doing that? And seriously that compelled her to come to my doors? He was not destroying his so called reputation by his own deeds and write ups? Why did not she saved him then? Just to expose all that means damage to that so called reputation? Ever she gave even a lil thought to that gal's plight who was suffering by his and his gang's non sense? As per her words, her husband is not that tech. savvy. Her son, who is B.Tech. and M.Tech. and working in some MNC abroad and she herself know more about computers! Means? A family business to pry on others and play with their dignity and life?

Her son said only FBI have that much technology. 

She said "Chhodungi nahi tumhe"! I know so called reputed people in India can finish me in seconds but question is after writing so much publicly, can that reputed person and family save themselves? I know Indian public is a tubelight! Indian public wake up only when some murder, some rape or any such heinous crime has already happened. Frankly speaking, "IF" that is the price one has to pay to open public eyes on this shitty surveillance then I AM WAITING FOR THAT DAY! GO AHEAD!

As if whatever happened earlier was not enough! That day drama too had to happen! I avoided this blog for a while willingly as whatever was coming in mind to write was not so good! After that incident, i had to listen again so much from some well wishers. How you can even think and still take such people so easy and innocently? Actually when i saw that lady and her son in front of my door, i thought might be some regret, some sorry, some guilty brought them at my door! Sickness! Typical Indian police officer's wife was there in front of me with that typical high headedness! I sent my complaint to DGP, Haryana and Human Rights Commission, Haryana the same day along with a copy to my employer. What happened to that, only they can tell better! I went to SP camp office the same eve along with some senior Professors but people there even did not receive the complaint! I gave the same news to some local news papers and next day found the news, in just one local news paper with flat denial by IG, Mr. Rajbir Deswal! I wondered what precautions these people took before coming to my home in today's high tech. world that he could afford to deny so easily!?! Another high headedness and such a high faith in this corrupt system by power people that they can do anything and nothing gonna happen to them!?! Another strange thing i noticed, whenever i was about to take some action or even discussed that with someone, i found a strange kinda caution and silence on those profiles. For whatever reason, i kept my silence and found hidden poison dancing there!!

Some date is nearby and do not know if i should believe those people, who say do not expect much or the inner voice.... 

Experimentation

It all started with the intuitive instinct in 2012. Though I did not know then that I will take it some kinda experimentation in itself. Due to its torturous and extremely disturbing nature, I thought to gave up and delete my profiles from all social sites. I had deleted my FB due to this very reason in 2013. But after some friends rebuking, made my mind to fight back and know the truth. The new FB profile was total experimentation. From FB account, to blog posts, from twitter to yahoo mail; from phone calls, mind analysis, to mind games; from salary to expenditure, from shopping habits to brands/non brands to size/s, from family, relatives, friends, friends of friends links, inquiries to official interactions, from classes to official trips. It was kinda endless. 

And how it impacted my life? You can imagine yourself, what does mean being 24hr under surveillance. On that live commentary, not by one but many with their own judgement with all added mirch-masala. That is how rumours spread and take the form of kinda myth over time. When I decided to make it public and take action then I was threatened again the same way, via posts! 

Some well wishers advised me not to go to police, not at least alone as police people use to be bad people. Well, I had no other option, so I went. Those interactions itself gave me lil-bit cues along with Mr. Rajbir Deswal and his friends posts. Two major PAs (Personal Assistants) were there along with others. Up to police complaint these people managed the show. Wonder, if people would be able to manage even at human rights commission? I am highly optimist species so better to be positive. Well, I felt at least "lil-bit" effect is there, for whatever reason. But major effect is this blog.

Recent development of 25th Jan was all about that. Wonder, where it will end? Wherever! This blog will continue.

And He wanted these people to see people in all kinda naked avatars. He even inspired these people to write all that on FB. And to do even teasing on that. Just teasing -- in these people's language. I guess, these people do that kinda teasing even with the women in their homes? Why just women but even men?

Hey! Look here! Oh! See that! You know the meaning of so and so term?  Look there! These people are so unhygienic. These hygiene freak. Do not dye hair, left here, here and here. Stereotype, has not shaved legs and still in shorts. He has this pajama on since last..? Oh smelly! Wo saala hizra hai, that is why blah, blah. 

OK! People can listen, they can watch by this and that technology but I wonder if can even smell, touch if someone had a shower with cold or hot water? Mayanagri hai!
