What a hype! What an operation! Kinda -- ?

The way, within few days of the so-called incidence, committee had been formed, three notices had been sent to me. Though without complain copy, with the words "would be discussed in the meeting". 

That's how cases should be tackled?

By 14-12-2017, I had been warned, that if you did not appear on this day, case would be decided by the committee ex-parte!

I got the first notice on 15-12-2017. 

I met committee on 16-12-2017 and replied the same day, based on whatever I could understand.

On the name of proof "What people said and wrote" considered as proof.

And committee gave its interesting report.

And based on what kind of proof they gave their reports?

You heard probably dates after dates? Here it started pouring cases after cases!

It was kinda even before you could understand well the first case, you had the files of next case!

What happens when you create data/complaints backdate? It leaves its own tale.

A close look at the complaints against me talks about these backdate complaints creations.

There were a total of 5-6 complains, 2 or 3-each from B.Tech and 3 from M.Tech students in three different dates, talking about almost the whole semester.

All these complaints were in the same writing from the corresponding classes of M.Tech and B.Tech.

Fraud signatures of students except few (2-3). These few students (M.Tech) are involved in fraud in Bharti-Ujjala case also and some other illogical complaints.

Most important aspect being a teacher, I must have been informed about the complaint, if any. But strangely the director got so many complaints from M.Tech and B.Tech over a period of time but did not feel like to ask explanation for the same even once? Did not feel like even to inform? I guess, as per University rules and regulations, he must.

I got copies of these complaints from the committee after request. Till that time B.Tech students had already left the institute.

M.Tech students had been called to enquire. They said they had been called by the director to do so. I do not know the truth, if they had been told to do so by the director, some senior/s or both. 

The dates of those complaints are:

9th Oct. 2017, Just before sessional-1. 
(As per application, there was only one class and one lab till 24th Aug., 2017 (Ram-Rahim violence and shutdown days). 

What is this talk about up to 24th Aug., 2017, if the application had been written on 9th Oct. 2017? Should not they talk about up to that 9th Oct., 2017? 

If the director got this application just before sessional-1, then why I have not been given the same for an explanation or at least have been informed? 

There are some questions:
Who made the first sessional paper for that class? 
Have students boycotted that sessional? 
Who took away my sessional papers as my signatures are there on sessional papers (11.10.2017-13.10.2017)? Natural, me.

24th Oct., 2017, Just after Diwali vacations. 
Some outstation students were not even in Rohtak. Who did their signatures on these complaints?
Hostel opened late (as usual, the way it happens after Diwali vacations) especially mess as per that class itself. The record can be checked. 


10th Nov., 2017

I had already given my conditional resignation on Oct., 2017. Earlier, I had even talked about the same in the class. So wonder, if students had no such information?

As per application, there were 4-5 lectures till 25th Aug., 2017 (Ram-Rahim violence and shutdown days). 

What is this talk about 25th Aug., 2017 in an application written on 10th Nov. 2017, after my joining back?

Later on after providing them proof of my presence and duties, I had been informed that these leave have been adjusted. Though, at times even in later correspondence, they talked contradictory.

I noticed later, that there were two versions in this case. 

One, was of establishment branch (teaching) and 

other was of my institute office (Director) and committee members of this case especially Math. 

Later cases shed more light about this within university kinda fight/differences.
